Experience

Samuel provides advice on estate planning, estate administration, trust structuring, relationship property, elder law and incapacity law. He has a particular interest in charitable organisations and incorporated societies.

Samuel has presented papers for the Auckland District Law Society and New Zealand Law Society. He is a member of the ADLS Mental Health and Disability Law Committee.
