Experience

Keely joined the Brookfield’s private client team in November 2019 on a part time basis while she was studying at university.  She joined the team full time in July 2021 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in October 2021.

Keely has experience with drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and various documentation relating to trusts.  Since the introduction of the Trusts Act 2019, Keely has assisted with the management of existing trusts and corporate trustee companies, as well as assisting trustees to understand their obligations under the Act.  In addition, she has assisted the private client team with relationship property and estate disputes, and contracting out agreements. 

Education:  LLB, University of Auckland
