Experience

Keely was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in October 2021 but has been part of Brookfield’s private client team since November 2019.

Keely advises on trust and estate planning, including advice relating to the establishment and registration of charitable trusts, as well relationship property matters.  She has experience with drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and various documentation relating to trusts.  More recently, Keely has assisted clients with contentious enduring powers of attorney matters.

Keely is passionate about helping clients navigate through difficult times in their lives.

Education:  LLB, University of Auckland
