Prashant is part of Brookfields’ Business, Property and Finance Team. He provides strategic advice to commercial entities, private individuals, and a number of the firm’s local authority clients.    

Prior to joining Brookfields Prashant worked in legal firms across Auckland, obtaining experience in a range of general practice fields, including commercial and residential property, leasing, franchising, business sales and purchases, banking and finance, relationship property, trusts, elder law, wills, estates, and succession planning.

Prashant is passionate about providing detailed and pragmatic legal advice to clients tailored to suit their individual commercial and private client needs.
